During the Taste of London festival this June, renowned chef, Yotam Ottolenghi came in and tried his first bilog, a Mamasons bilog, for the first time!

Being the first Filipino ice cream parlour to be invited at Taste of London was an honour in itself, especially with the attendees who came through and tried our desserts (and most likely any Filipino - inspired flavours) for the first time. It truly was such a momentous occasion to bring you guys a taste of the Philippines and to see you guys enjoy our most signature desserts. But to make our first experience at Taste of London even more memorable, was to have Mr. Ottolenghi try our ube ice cream filled bilog and enjoy it! Just like everyone else who visited us that day!
